We employ more than 400 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.

Your responsibilities:

  • Works independently and provides mentoring and coaching to more junior Scrum Masters incl.:
    • Coaches one or two software development teams in applying Lean and Agile methodology and tools 
    • Coaches and trains the development team(s) in self-management
    • Facilitates scrum events, internal communication and effective collaboration
    • Supports the team in using application lifecycle management tools (Jira, AzureDevOps) for visualizing and organizing work items
    • Supports the Product Owner in product Backlog management, product goal definition, facilitating stakeholder collaboration
    • Resolves conflicts and removes impediments for the team
    • Works with the team to meet the Definition of Done
    • Helps the Scrum team to identify and visualize points for improvements (e.g. via metrics monitoring)
    • Coaches technical and business teams within the company as well as on clients’ side on Agile principles, providing them with techniques for implementing the process in their own work
  • Demonstrates and actively promotes agile mindset, principles and practices across the organization
  • Helps the leadership team to identify key KPI-s related to value-driven software development

What you bring in:

  • 5+ years of experience in building and guiding Scrum teams within the IT industry
    • Degree in Computer Science, Business or another relevant field
    • Proven knowledge of Scrum and other Agile methodologies
    • Proven knowledge of software development lifecycle
    • Possess analytical skills, assertiveness and a high sense of responsibility
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication, coaching and mentoring skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills
  • Scrum master certification (PSM I, SAFe, CSM or other) is considered an advantage
  • Fluent English language
  • German language shall be considered as an advantage.
