KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ more than 400 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Application & Platform Operations, Cloud and Infrastructure.
Our Cloud Services unit is focused on designing, building, securing and managing cloud native & hybrid platforms for the KPMG group of member firms, as well as providing cloud advisory and engineering services to external clients.
Our Apps and MS Office support team is now extending and is looking for SL2 Technical Support Engineer with German. We are supporting several SQL based Web applications. We are expanding our scope of work and will also work to support numerous SaaS and PaaS applications.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide support services for applications, including end-customer client side support and troubleshooting, server side basic-to-medium administration, monitoring and basic client-server communication troubleshooting
- Support the planning, testing and execution of application related changes
- Manage configuration and operability of existing solutions
What you bring in:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in technical customer support
- Advanced knowledge in Windows desktop – network, registry, users, resource monitor, etc.
- Experience with MS Office advanced support – formulas
- Experience with any of the following: Exchange, MS SQL, SharePoint, Office 365 support would be considered an advantage
- Ability to travel to Germany on business trips (up to 10%)
- Fluent German and English
