KPMG IT Service OOD is an IT service provider with a mission to digitalize the core business of the KPMG network member firms and their clients. We employ more than 400 people in Sofia and deliver the full spectrum of IT services to our clients, including SAP solutions, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering and Application & Platform Operations.
Our Cloud Services unit is focused on designing, building, securing and managing cloud native & hybrid platforms for the KPMG group of member firms, as well as providing cloud advisory and engineering services to external clients.
We are looking for Subject Matter Expert with experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies to help us operate our internal Infrastructure across a broad portfolio of technologies. The role will be an integral part of the Global KPMG IDM Product ownership team and thus work on Tier 3 incidents and problems as well as projects based on the IDM roadmap.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents
- Provide support services for applications and troubleshooting, server side Active
- Directory administration, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Project planning, testing and execution of Active Directory initiatives
- Manage configuration and operability of existing solutions
- Participate in process definition
- Interfaces with Client resources
- Requirements gathering
- Responsible for service quality
- Participate in project work related to the IDM tools and services
- Work with the Product team to define the KPMG IDM Global Roadmap
