Our Modern Workplace Department is part of KPMG International. Currently we are expanding the services we provide internally to KPMG by forming brand new teams in M365, Identity and Access Management, Messaging and SCCM&End User Computing. These teams will administer industry standard as well as niche software providing service to more than 350 000 users. As part of the Identity and Access Management operations team, you will be working in an ecosystem within our Cloud Unit with more than 150+ professionals focused on operations, projects, and consulting.  
We are looking for professionals with different knowledge and expertise in the area of Identity and Access Management. 

Your responsibilities

  • Provide Active Directory Domain Services and Azure AD support 

 – Manage accounts, groups, service accounts, etc.  
 – Support, administer and troubleshoot AD Domain Controllers and AD Connect 
 – Kerberos delegation and SPN management 
 – Manage and support Application federations and Application Proxy 
 – Troubleshoot Conditional Access and MFA related issues 

  • Manage Certificate Services  

 – Internal Certificate Services based on Active Directory Certificate Services 
 – External Certificate procurement and tracking 

  • Active Directory Federation Services  

 – Support, administer and troubleshoot Federations 
 – Support application configurations using ADFS  
 – Troubleshoot and support authentication issues  

  • Microsoft Defender for Identities (formerly AATP)  

 – Manage accounts, groups, service accounts, etc.  
 – Support, administer and troubleshoot user role access related issues  
 – Monitor, maintenance, and Sensor installations  

  • CyberArk Management and support 

 – Access, group, and user management tasks  
 – Reporting – On-demand access reports  
 – Onboard new clients, applications and service accounts in PSM 
 – Troubleshoot PSM applications and PAM issues 
 – Licenses management 

What you bring in

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar university degree 
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Identity and Access management or related administration  
  • Optimal IDM experience or knowledge is a strong advantage  
  • RSA experience or knowledge is a strong advantage 
  • Microsoft related certification is a strong advantage 
  • Experience with on premise Windows server technologies is an advantage. 
  • Some experience in scripting and automation and willingness to advance in automation using PowerShell 
  • Ability to follow operations manuals and instructions 
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis of problems with moderate complexity 
  • Ability to solve incidents and perform troubleshooting with minimal supervision 
  • Very good written and spoken English 
  • Readiness to work on extended working hours   
  • Readiness for limited business travel for workshops, trainings, etc.
