The KPMG Story spans over 125 years and still holds the initials of the four founding members: Klynveld, Peat, Marwick and Goerdeler. Today, KPMG is a global network of independent member firms offering audit, tax and advisory services. KPMG member firms operate in 147 countries, serving the needs of business, governments, public-sector agencies, not-for-profits and through member firms’ audit and assurance practices, the capital markets.
KPMG IT Service was created in 2015 when startup cloudpartner.de was acquired by KPMG IT Service GmbH. We have one mission: to drive the KPMG digital agenda forward.
We deliver R&D and operations services to KPMG firms and clients across borders and technologies. We are driven by curiosity, strive constantly for excellence and achieve our goals with integrity and openness. We explore, discuss, argue and accomplish.

The KPMG Global Code of Conduct sets out our standards of ethical conduct. It applies to all KPMG partners and employees - from new recruits to our longest serving colleagues - in every country in which KPMG member firms operate. It spells out fundamental ethical principles and highlights resources available to help partners and employees understand and uphold those principles.
The original Global Code of 2005 was updated in 2012 and again in 2018 to reflect developments in law, regulation and professional ethics, as well as our enhanced commitments to making a positive impact on society, communities and the wider world. It also helps ensure KPMG professionals work with integrity while delivering real results to clients.
At KPMG IT Service Sofia we adopt the global KPMG values and translate them in our guiding principles.
We always aim at being the best at what matters most to us and to our clients.
We always aim at translating ideas into action in an inspirational way which sets example. We seek opportunities where others might see challenges. We trust each other and act with confidence.
We always aim at obtaining knowledge and learning from anyone anywhere. We consistently ask questions and learn from our successes and mistakes. We are constantly exploring cutting edge technologies in everything we do.
We always aim at communicating openly with respect for others. We reflect on other people’s opinions without prejudice or judgement when giving and receiving feedback. We cherish directness and approachability.
We always aim at doing the right thing in the right way with honesty and consistency. We adhere to ethical and moral principles and apply them to everyone across the board. We walk the talk.
Our space reflects who we are. The collaboration area presents our team with the opportunity to interact freely, the focus and meeting rooms foster knowledge sharing and generating ideas.
