Certification Challenge as part of our Learning Culture

This summer, 100+ of our outstanding professionals have taken part in this first edition by requesting an examination and preparation resources as an option (instructor-led training, on-demand training or self-preparation training). They requested certification exams in the field of cloud technologies, software engineering, project management & Agile, enterprise architecture, SAP technologies and more. 

Research consistently shows that training and certification lead to greater performance and we believe that by increasing the number of professional certifications on company level, we simultaneously contribute to the personal development of our team members and reassure the quality of services provided to our customers.
