On September 29, our recreation area looked nothing like the usual. With Bavarian-themed decorations all around – blue-and-white flags, pretzel garlands, festive lights, and even miniature beer steins – it felt as if we had been transported straight to Munich.

In early 2025, our CSR Club identified a meaningful opportunity to partner with the “S usmivka napred” Foundation (which translates to “Moving forward with a smile”) to support the renovation of Mariana Pencheva’s home. Mariana is an extraordinary woman who has opened her heart and home to 10 children and young adults from socially disadvantaged backgrounds. The foundation’s mission is to help her create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where these young people can thrive.

Last Wednesday (August 13), a few of us stayed after work to catch a film together — Palm Springs, a quirky summer comedy that gave us all a good laugh. There was popcorn, drinks, and a laid-back vibe that helped us relax from the busy day and enjoy some quality time together.
