Planting Hope, Growing Change

Last Saturday, our colleagues joined a green initiative organized by TimeHeroes and the Surya Foundation, dedicated to supporting the Specialized Hospital for Follow-up Treatment, Long-term Care and Rehabilitation in Botunets.

The initiative’s goal was simple yet deeply meaningful — to make the surroundings of the hospital greener, calmer, and more welcoming for patients, their families, and everyone who visits daily. Together with volunteers from other organizations, our team planted maple, sycamore, and plane trees in the nearby park, transforming it into a space that inspires peace and renewal.

The organizers believe that nature has the power to heal both body and mind — and that a green view can often speak louder than many words. Our volunteers truly experienced this firsthand as they worked side by side to create something lasting and life-giving.

Beyond the trees planted, the day was also about connection — between colleagues, communities, and causes that matter. It reminded us how small actions can grow into meaningful change when driven by care, collaboration, and shared purpose.

By joining initiatives like this, we see firsthand how simple acts — when done together with purpose — can grow into meaningful change for our communities and the world around us.
