We are happy to announce that for third consecutive year, our company has extended its support to the children of Bulgaria who are in need of hospital treatment.

In late June 2023, KPMG ITS OOD donated an Abdominal Transducer to the “Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment of Children’s Diseases – Prof. Dr. Ivan Mitev” in Sofia.

The abdominal transducer is a crucial component used in diagnostic ultrasound machines. It plays a vital role in capturing detailed images of the abdominal area, including organs such as the liver, kidneys, and intestines. These images assist healthcare professionals in diagnosing and monitoring a wide range of conditions and diseases in children, enabling them to provide accurate and timely treatment.

With the new equipment the doctors in the Clinic of Rheumatology, Cardiology and Hematology will have better diagnostic capabilities. The transducer will significantly aid in the diagnosis of abdominal conditions and enable the medical team to develop tailored treatment plans for each child.

We are proud that our company has played a significant part in improving the hospital environment for the remarkable little heroes during their time of need.
